In my 25+ years career in technical field I have reached C-suite roles in small companies and directive roles in larger multinational firms. I managed more than 100 people in three continents and mentored high potential talents since 2013. I know what being a STEM feels like.

As always, when I do something, I've done it thoroughly: looked for the best schools, took a number of courses, read a lot, and choose the right techniques for myself, very accurately.

I am an R&D global leader with experiences in Reckitt, Fareva and Unilever, where I started my career as a Unilever Future Leader alumni a long time ago.

I have been lucky enough to have a number of different roles, de facto doing whatever role R&D can offer: from Formulation development, to packaging, to Raw material management to supplier technical management - I've done it all.

I know intimately how a company works, what are the clogs and the springs on which to count and the hurdles to smooth away. And I still enjoy to find solutions, understand consumers, work in factories.

Lately I have started this new, exciting jouney as a coach. People have always been interesting to me, I love working with them, always had.
